He has merged and re-engineered various organisations and a school and has established training organisations, and launched other innovative businesses and programs.
As a Management Consultant, Jonathan has worked with major corporates such as Boral Acrow, Focus Travel, The Professionals, Canon, Mitsubishi Motors, Chep Handling Systems and The McNamara Group as well as small and medium size businesses.
Having established a startup business, together with his wife Kathi, they were recognised for their achievements both as a finalist in the 2015 Hunter Region Manufacturing awards (October 2015) and as a winner in the 2016 Australian Product of the Year.
Recently responsible for an annual budget of up to $8,000,000, 120 staff and $24,000,000 buildings and facilities, he understands small to large organisations from the ground up.
He is highly experienced in ‘turning around’ and re-engineering organisations, having established, grown and merged organisations in Australia and internationally. This includes membership growth, expenditure rationalisation, stronger financial controls, rebranding, marketing, strategic planning, team development, systemising and automating procedures as well as project management.
